SOUTHWEST FLAVOR
Tales From The Kitchen
by Adela Amador

These recipes, and the ones in Twelve Gifts appeared originally in Adela's Southwest Flavor column in NEW MEXICO MAGAZINE, which Adela has been writing since January of 1993 -- that's more than 90 articles! Her column has become one of the most popular items in the magazine. Many surveys indicate that it's so, and the mail and email confirm it. After much encouragement from readers the magazine staff decided to publish an anthology of Adela's writings, both recipes and "folksy" anecdotes. Many skilled hands contributed to the selection, arrangement, editing and illustration of the book.

SOUTHWEST FLAVOR: TALES FROM THE KITCHEN is arranged according to the seasons in New Mexico. More than 80 recipes are included. When you purchase any of Adela's books from Amador on-line or using our Order Form, you may get your copies autographed -- just be sure to add a note indicating how the books should be inscribed.
